Privacy
How we handle your information.
Masterwork collects only what it needs to respond to you, process gifts, and send updates you have asked for.
Information we collect
When you contact the Foundation, subscribe to updates, or make a gift, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and any message you write.
How we use it
- To respond to questions about awards, programs, and giving.
- To send newsletter updates when you have subscribed.
- To acknowledge gifts and issue receipts.
What we do not do
The Foundation does not sell or rent personal information. Donor information is shared only with the service providers required to process a gift.
Third-party services
Newsletter delivery and donation processing are handled by third-party providers under their own privacy terms. Those providers will be named here once integrations are finalized.
